“Series production” is underway – but how fast do we dare to scale Conhoist?

Sales and the first serial production of Conhoist are underway. We do most things in-house – so how hard do we dare to push the accelerator?

We have delivered the first two Conhoist systems, making TS Hejs og Stillads the first hoist and platform company to operate the system. The next batch has been sold and is currently being produced.

This means we have started the first (modest) serial production of Conhoist. Although it is small, it is crucial for the system’s future: It’s the first small-scale industrial production we’re running under our wings. Subcontractors supply everything from steel parts to electronic components, but everything is assembled and tested in our own workshop.

A balancing act between sales and production

Conhoist has been warmly received in the construction industry. We’re gaining traction throughout the value chain – with consultants, architects, contractors, rental companies and industry organisations. The uptake can suddenly be fast!

We try to forecast sales and thus production – and how much we need to push so that the two are roughly balanced during the scaling phase. We want to be able to produce in-house – but of course, we also want to do everything we can to avoid being unable to deliver fast enough if demand suddenly picks up.

Nevertheless, the whole process is a massive step towards Conhoist making a real impact in the market!
