What does it look like to use two Conhoist cranes at the same time? We recently found out.
The system shortens construction time and radically improves the working environment. It industrialises the renovation process.
This is the clear mission statement for the Conhoist system, and it has remained so throughout the long development process. All along the way, we have had a fairly closed use-case scenario in mind. And after the first four systems have hit the market, users have decided that the system can also be used for new builds.
In practical terms, they used two cranes simultaneously to hoist a huge wooden girder into place: just look at how impressive it looks:
Hands-on innovation
We can speculate and strategise when we’re in the office developing, but when our products get into the hands of users, they often find new ways to use it for something we didn’t imagine.
While in the development phase, it is necessary to define the use case. However, we do know that reality has many more facets than we can plan for.
That’s why it’s incredible to see how quickly Conhoist has taken on a new task. Not only has the system been used for new construction, it has also quickly been used in a dual configuration, lifting more than the single crane can lift.
